Moulay Lahcen Ennahli joined the Chairman Cabinet of OCP Group in September 2017 and served Since March 2018 as a Senior Vice President for OCP Africa  in charge of the West Region.With a Bachelor in Civil works, a Master in Rural Engineering and an Executive MBA, he has over 30 years professional experience including 19 years with the African Development Bank and 16 years in the public and private sectors.

With a Bachelor in Civil works, a Master in Rural Engineering and an Executive MBA, he has over 30 years diversified professional experience including 19 years with African Development Bank  (1998 2017), holding several managerial positions which include six years as the Bank’s Resident Representative in Mali (2008-2011) and in Gabon (2011-2014) and Adviser to the Operations Vice President in charge of Agriculture, Water Supply and Sanitation, Human Development, Governance and Natural Resources Management (2014-2017). 

Before joining the African Development Bank in 1998, he worked for 16 years in the public and private sectors where he held several operational roles and managerial positions. He carried out technical and design studies and managed the implementation of a portfolio of over 20 infrastructure projects including, dams, roads, irrigation, land development, rural construction, water supply and sanitation.
